If you e.g. purchase the PsPadCapaLib product, it will be located as: C:TryWare90DaysPsPadEditorCapaLibSWBin32-bitPsPadEditorCapaLib-License.exe

This EULA (EndUserLicenseAgreement) copyright is about the 2 kinds of licenses to all the Products being unpacked into the C:TryWare90Days subfolders:

SW: Lisense SoftWare are located in the C:TryWare90DaysProductSWBin32-bit folder

FW: 100% FreeWare are located in the C:TryWare90DaysProductFWBin32-bit folder

PLEASE NOTE: All the FW licenses are for lifetime, and all the SW licenses are for lifetime when purchased, and all the SW Products are with a 90 days 100% free full "trial" license, identical with the paid license.

#1. You have license to use the FW Products, and to copy them to all your OWN computers, so if you'r a domain administrator with thousands of computers, you have license to distribute the FW Products to all your OWN domain computers.

You can unpack the FW Products like this:

Execute Product-x86.exe, which will unpack the Product to C:TryWare90DaysProductFWBin32-bitProduct.exe
So if you download the FWProduct SilentSwitchFinder-x86.exe to your C:Temp folder, and execute it, the result will among other files unpacked be: C:TryWare90DaysSilentSwitchFinderFWBin32-bitSilentSwitchFinder.exe

#2. You don't have license to distribute the FW or SW Products to anybody else,so if you want to give the FW or SW Products to a friend, then don't do anything else than giving them the download link on the TryWare90Days website.

#3. Before you contact about errors or feature requests to the FW or SW Products please study the TryWare90Days FAQ website, to find out if it's already described there, and if needed only contact in English, when you send a detailed email to support @ tryware90days . com

#4. If you need to report an error, please make a backup using C:TryWare90DaysBackupFWBin32-bitBackup.exe, and explain the scenario about what happened before the error and after the error, and if possible also add screen shots, and attach relevant files, packed as zip files being renamed from *.zip to *.zip.txt, because *.zip files can't be used in emails.

#5. If you have some feature requests, do the same as described in #4, but maybe don't explain about the scenario, but only in details about, what you want to happen.

#6. The goalis to produce professional Licensed Software and 100% FreeWare affordable for all. If you are satisfied using the Licensed Software or 100% Freeware, and you want to support the goal, please consider to donate DKK 67 (10.00$)

The license price for the SW Products is calculated by the amount of time being used to create the thousand of source code lines, compile, test, redesign, compile, test, compile, BETA-test, and create the website info about it. After this calculation the value andimportance for domain administrators with thousands of domain computers are added, and the estimated numbers of other third party vendors offering the same features (or not). The goal is to produce professional License Software and 100% FreeWare unknown in the world market, and make it affordable for all.

Please note, that the main part of the FW or SW Product isn't installed, but only unpacked to sub folders in C:TryWare90Days, and as such can't be uninstalled using the ControlPanel, but if wanted, you only need to delete the sub folder. But don't do that yourself, because an uninstall file is located in each subfolder, but this "uninstaller" doesn't uninstall anything, but only removes the current Products sub folders and files from your hard disk, and if needed also tells you about any consequences the "uninstallation" might have according to the other of the FW or SW Products, because some of them interact with each other, or is actually an important part of the other FW or SW Products.

All the FW or SW Products is distributed as is. There is no warranty of any kind, expressed or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchant ability or fitness for a particular purpose, with respect to this SoftWare and documentation. In no event shall TryWare90Days be liable for any damages, including lost profits, lost savings, or any other incidental or consequential damages arising out of the use of or the inability to use the Products.

By using one or more of the FW or SW Products you acknowledge that you have read this disclaimer of warranty, understand it, and agree to be bound by its terms and conditions. You also agree that the limited warranty is the complete and exclusive statement
of agreement between you and TryWare90Days, and it parties and supersedes all proposals or prior agreements, oral or written, and any other communications beteen you and TryWare90Days relating to the subject matter of the limited warranty.

Most of the FW or SW Products are started using switches or ini settings files. If you don't use the correct syntax, it might create errors, and even if the Products contain qualified error handling, it's totally your own responsibility to test if your switches/settings can run without any errors.

A BETA test is always running in several months before releasing the 1.0.0.0 version.
